Do you have experience in a CRM / Customer Retention role in the automotive industry? Are you ready to progress your career to the next level to become CRM & Retention Manager for the captive finance business of a leading car brand?
In this role you’ll be tasked with delivering an end-to-end customer communications and retention strategy aimed at maximising customer retention for financial services products.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in marketing and CRM. You’ll need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – at a senior level. Ideally, you’ll have worked in the automotive and/or financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a customer retention strategy and supporting plans
- Planning and budgeting to agreed plan
- Work closely with key stakeholders including the vehicle manufacturer and their dealer network
- Create a CRM strategy with optimum points of customer contact via a CRM system
- Prepare management information and reporting as required
- Manage external suppliers including agencies
- Develop customer retention training content to support the OEM’s field team and dealers
- Ensure all activities are compliant with data protection laws and other legislation
About You
- A strong background in marketing and CRM and customer retention communications
- Ideally have worked in the automotive and/or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – at a senior level.
- Able to analyse and interpret data
- Experience effectively managing external agencies
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- You’ll need excellent planning and time management skills
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- An understanding of FCA regulations would be very useful
