How did you first come to work with Copeland?
My sister had previous experience of you guys and you dealt with her really well and found her a position she had dreamt of. Additionally some of my peers at my previous employer had recommended you.
What career goals were you trying to achieve?
I was looking for a job in marketing and wanted to get into automotive.
What have been the benefits of working with Copeland?
The preparation. When you are going into a senior level position you need to have someone to mentor you and prepare you in terms of how you need to approach the job and manage yourself. For me it was quite daunting. Going to a few interviews prior to coming to Copeland it was really difficult and I wouldn’t know what to expect. Having someone alongside me to support me from start to finish had a very positive impact.
What’s it like working with Copeland?
Very easy, very friendly. They prepare you and get you out of your comfort zone. When you go for a job you want to sell yourself and market yourself to the best of your ability. Having experts like you guys really shines in terms of how much effort and input you put into your candidates. That goes a long way.
