I was interested in what roles were out there. I looked for specialist automotive recruiters and you came up in my search.
What career goals were you trying to achieve?
I am quite an ambitious person and want to progress. For a while I had been interested in working for a manufacturer.
How closely did the role fit your career goals?
It was almost an exact match. I was very interested in the Genesis brand and what they were trying to achieve. Their ambitions matched my own so I saw it as the perfect opportunity for me to advance my career.
