I replied to an advert you posted for the job.
What career goals were you trying to achieve?
I wanted to take a step up from where I was and push my career forward.
How closely did the role fit your career goals?
Very much so. It’s a small company – which is what I wanted. They’re an ambitious and growing the company and I like their ethics. All of which fits my personal goals.
What have been the benefits of working with Copeland?
I’ve got a better job out of it with better career prospects. I just feel like I’m achieving something in my new role. I’m given a free hand – and overall I’m happier.
