What career goals were you trying to achieve?
I had been with my previous employer for 4.5 years. It was a big step for me to walk away but I wanted to work in the OEM market. The job role and content at Dometic really suited my career ambitions.

I would highly recommend Copeland. I felt supported throughout the recruitment process and feel I have made the right career decision. In the current COVID climate It felt a big risk stepping away from a secure long term job, however working with Copeland made me feel more confident in making the decision to change companies.
